Women’s Social Drill:

 Tuesdays 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
This drill meets Monday mornings - ALL LEVELS welcome. We focus on winning strategies for doubles through positioning and shot selection, but we keep it moving fast for those interested in an early morning workout.

Stroke Focus:
 Wednesdays 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
This technique focused class will break down the detailed stroke mechanics to help players of every level improve their form.  Beginners to Advanced levels welcome.  Target training and movement will be part of every class.

CARDIO Tennis Options:
Thursdays 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Saturdays 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Saturdays 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Cardio Tennis is an interval training class that revolves around one of your favorite things... TENNIS! There are a variety of fitness levels in every class, but the best part is that you can go at your own pace. Whether you are just dusting off your racquet or a marathon runner, you’re going to have fun, get a workout and hit a ton of  balls.

Men’s Early Bird
Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
This Tennis drill is designed to be fast-paced for the guys looking for an early morning hit.  If you want to groove some strokes while getting a solid workout and hitting some balls, this one’s for you.

Evening Women’s Drill
Thursday 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Designed for ladies who are unable to attend daytime hours of play, this drill will be a 1 hour drill followed by 30 minutes of coached, strategic play.  Although it is targeted at our working ladies, everyone is welcome.

Junior Tennis
  • Age 5 - 7 (Wednesdays 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.) - Red Ball Quickstart
  • Ages 8 - 11 (Tuesdays & Wednesdays 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.) - Orange Ball Quickstart
  • Ages 11 & Up (Tuesdays 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.) – Reg Ball

Monday Paddle Skills & Drills 

Monday 10:30 a.m. – Noon
The off season is the best time to improve your skills.  The warm ball gives you more time, you can try new shots without having it effect your results, and you can implement strategy you aren’t comfortable with until it works the way you want.  Summer paddle is on the rise, so use this class to gear up and have some new tricks in your bag for SPL!
