Do I have to be a member of The Kirtland Country Club to have an event at the Club?

Kirtland is a private, member owned country club, in order to have an event at the Club you must be a member or have a sponsor.

Do you allow outside Vendors?

The Club provides all food and beverage needs; Members/Clients are permitted to provide cake or other dessert items.  Other vendors such as: Disc Jockeys, Bands, Outside Wedding Planners, Florists, Photographers or Videographers are contracted by the Member/Client in conjuction with Club staff.  We have compiled a Reference List of the best local vendors designed to help you make the best selections possible. 
 

Are taxes and gratuity included in the Price?

A 25% service charge, and 7% state tax are added to all food and beverage items.
 

Can I have my wedding ceremony at the Club?

Wedding ceremonies are welcomed here at the Club. Either overlooking the formal garden, or inside the 103 year old tudor style Clubhouse, you will have an elegant setting for your ceremony.  The Clubhouse accommodates up to 250 guests and the lawn up to 500 guests.  Please inquire with Amanda Tidwell for further details.   
 

Is there a Wedding Coordinator to personally handle our wedding reception?

The Club's Catering Manager will advise you on vendors, menu selection, reception timeline, and details. 
The Club would also welcome an outside independent Wedding Planner to carry out these duties.
