Indoor Tennis Season Court Time Starting on October 1st of Each Year
No private (one on one) lessons for non-members. Each clinic must have at least two members present during play. Guests
*8AM-12PM and 4-8PM Tuesday through Sunday. There will be a guest fee per guest. A person may come as a guest two (2) times per month, excluding interclubs and tournaments. It is the member’s responsibility to inform the tennis office of any guests and names. In addition, all fees must be charged to a member account. Canceled Reservations Cardio reservations not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged half on the first strike and in full thereafter.
Priority and Length of Play Matches in regularly scheduled tennis events shall take priority over other tennis play. Players shall yield to such matches promptly when requested. Singles play will be limited to one hour and doubles to one and one-half hours, when players are waiting. Players should register in the office on weekends and holidays before playing. Attire Each member is expected to make sure that their children and/or guests have proper tennis attire at all times. Each player is required to wear smooth-soled tennis shoes. Running shoes or any other shoes that may damage the courts are not allowed. Players are required to wear tennis apparel only. Apparel does not have to be all white, but pastel colors and white are encouraged. Tennis hats must be worn with the bill forward. T-shirts with large logos or images, running or other casual shorts, swimming suits and cut-offs do not constitute proper tennis apparel. If you need any tennis apparel, please visit the Tennis Pro Shop to see the adult and children’s clothing. Indoor Tennis Rules and Hours Monday-Sunday, 9:00am to 10:00pm All playing periods are one and one half hours on weekdays or weekends. Children under 21 years of age must yield to Members on the tennis courts unless they are participating in a scheduled event. Reservations Monday through Sunday tennis and platform tennis courts may be reserved by calling the Racquets Pro Shop or by utilizing the online reservation system. Reservations may be made one week in advance. A fee will be charged for no-shows and reservations not cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Lessons Lessons are given by reservation and will be scheduled for best court utilization. The Club requires a 24-hour notification for cancellations of appointments by members or their guests. A 100% service fee will be applied for no-shows and cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice
Children Children under age 8 are the responsibility of the parent or guardian. No child may be left in the tennis court area without direct supervision until they are at least 8 years old.
